APM Spine & Sports has been providing comprehensive treatment of musculoskeletal conditions for over 20 years in the Southeastern Virginia region. Established in 1990 by Dr. Lisa Barr, APM has grown into a premier practice providing comprehensive interventional spinal procedures, as well as treatment and rehabilitation for all types of muscle, nerve and joint problems related to sports and degenerative conditions. Our practice now includes:

• Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care(AAAHC) accredited
• Six Board Certified Physicians in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation – supported by a highly trained staff of Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, Physical Therapists, Research Investigators and Technicians- who are dedicated in providing a comprehensive, multidisciplinary interventional approach to pain management.
